You may have recently received a letter from your insurance company stating that your Primary Care Provider (PCP) has changed. We understand this may be confusing, and we want to reassure you that your provider has not changed and there is no interruption to your care.

These letters were triggered by a recent update to our internal systems, including billing processes. As part of this update, certain administrative information was updated and refreshed, which prompted the insurance companies to send these standard notifications.

Please rest assured:

  • Your provider remains the same.
  • You can continue to see us as usual.
  • No action is needed on your part.
  • You may disregard the letter from your insurance company.
