Biography

Jamie Swaffer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2015, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner from Austin Peay State University in 2020.

Her favorite part of working in pediatrics is being able to build personable relationships with families and children, and helping children flourish and grow in their own special way. Being a pediatric nurse for five years prior, Jamie developed a big heart for the pediatric field and she aspires to make a difference in her patients' lives here at Rainbow Kids Clinic.

Hobbies & Interests

She is newly married to her husband, Cole Swaffer, and together they have a Goldendoodle named Harper Finn. In her free time, she enjoys catching up with her friends and family, spending time on the river in the summer, babysitting her nieces and nephew, and anything involving her dog.
