Biography

Rachel Taylor, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her journey in nursing began at Hopkinsville Community College, where she graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2014. She attended Austin Peay State University to achieve her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016. A lifelong learner, Rachel attended Maryville University of St. Louis and received her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022.

She has worked in many areas as an RN including school nursing, home health, hospice, nursery, and NICU. She is currently an educator for the BSN program teaching in maternal nursing at Austin Peay State University. She is passionate about pediatrics and enjoys seeing all of her patients at Rainbow Kids Clinic.

Hobbies & Interests

In her free time, she enjoys being with her friends and family, traveling, shopping, spending time at the lake, and doing anything outdoors if the weather is nice.
