BEHAVIORAL ISSUES

At Rainbow Kids Clinic, we evaluate and manage a wide range of behavioral issues. Not all patients or situations are the same so it is a team effort. We strive to provide appropriate coordination of care and keep all parties involved to provide the best care we can.

Some of the services we provide include:

Applying the use of a variety of screeners to aid us in determining a clearer diagnosis.
Providing documentation and recommendations for school plans.
Partnering with Mental Health Cooperative (MHC). We have a licensed mental health counselor that sees our patients in office with a referral from us. She can evaluate and refer out to other appropriate facilities as needed.
Collaborating with staff with Vanderbilt’s Behavior Health program. We are able to do a phone consult for urgent treatment, medication recommendations, counseling, and advice for other services needed.
