When are the office hours?
Wr are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon. Phone lines open at 7:30 a.m. for appointments.
How do I contact the office?
Please call 931-553-6666. A staff member will answer calls Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to noon.

What services do you offer?
We offer care for well-child visits, immunizations, sick visits, annual and sports physicals, ADHD evaluations and treatments, newborn visits, asthma and allergy care, behavior issues, developmental evaluations, circumcisions and more.
Can I fill out new patient forms online?
Yes, please visit the New Patients page to fill out the documents.
How do I find out if the office is closed for snow or inclement weather?
We will post the latest updates on the top of our website if we are closed due to inclement weather, or check out our Facebook page.
