RAINBOW COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS AID PROGRAM

Eligibility and Rules

Student should be enrolled either in regular college or community college at the time of application.
Has been a patient of Rainbow Kids Clinic at least for 2 years prior to entering college
Submit a completed application with proof of current attendance at a college as also receipts of text books purchased or rented for the current semester
Rainbow Kids Clinic will reimburse the student for such expenses for up to $500 per year.
Reimbursements will be granted based on first come first basis.
Total funds allocated for this program is $ 3000. No further applications will be considered once all the funds for the current year (2013) have been allocated.
Dr. Prabhu's decision in this matter will be final.
